Top location, close to everything. Staff was amazing, with suggestions of things to do around and all. Surely would reccommended it to anyone!

Rustique and picturesque location and facilities. It was absolutely gorgeous in the snow.

The staff ( Mr. Khan & Mr.Mujahid) was very nice and always helpful. Helped to carry our luggage to room upstairs, helped with finding parking and directions. We rented a car, and Mr Khan helped us plan the itinerary and travel route for both our days and we could make best use of our time there. He also arranged the ballon ride after we arrived, and it was very well organized. The breakfast was same on both days, but we enjoyed the spread. Location is also nice and walkable from many shops and eateries.

Great location with a fantastic view from the roof. We enjoyed taking pictures and watching the balloons lift off in the morning. Staff was exceptional and arranged tours and a dinner for a great price! The breakfast included in the hotel rate was the best I’ve had at any hotel! It was made to order with a very large variety. I’d return in a heartbeat

Location is very good, breakfast was great everyday, the rooms were very nice, rooftop view. Plus for us that there were dogs at the place as we love them. Khan was very helpful everytime, taking care of reservations and giving us information.

The location is perfect for walking and has some nice areas to take some nice pictures. Also the terrace is perfect for watching hot air balloons go up

Cute hotel with "cave" rooms. Excellent shower and comfy beds. Nice and cool but not damp. Good breakfast and a rooftop terrace with a great view. Very welcoming hosts! Note that if you stay in a cave room, you will have a bit of dust etc. falling down from the ceiling.

The bed was super comfy, the views are absolutely stunning!! Watching the hit air balloon at sunrise was absolutely amazing. The room was cute, rustic. The staff was so so sweet and helpful. Housekeeping everyday. 2 lovely dogs that welcome you every morning, that was so cute. Surroundings are peaceful, quiet

I got the fully service from Khan, who is an amazing person. At the beginning, I really wanted to go for hot balloon tour on the 2nd day, but Khan tried to convince me to go for the first day. I listened to him and then the 2nd day was cancelled. He helped me a lot. If you are supported by Khan, your trip will be crazy amazing. thank you Khan and all other staffs of this hotel.

The staff was really nice: the two guys from reception, the two girls at breakfast, even the two dogs that roamed the outdoor areas of the hotel. The breakfast was great. The view from the terrace to the balloons is magnificent. The Room is small, simple, but more than enough for me. And internet worked really well, and that is more important than a large room.

The stay was fantastic. They provided different options for breakfast and as a vegetarian, it was easy to choose veg/vegan food. Mujahid helped us a lot during our stay with local places, food and is friendly.

Excellent location and superb view in Goreme . Nice cave experience. Everything was good except for the beds .. they were very wobbly and creaky.
